Condensation forms in a building when warm air comes into contact with cold surfaces. This is of particular concern in buildings housing livestock, biomass and other organic matter, and occurs on the underside of single-skin metal roofs during frosty weather. Condensate can run down the roof and collect on or within the building fabric where it can cause damage, rust and rot, or drip from the roof.
Trimform membrane lined insulated Raintite composite gutters and Raintite single skin gutters create a fully sealed gutter system and are the ideal solution for rainwater management. No need for secondary protection paint. Trimform gutters are fabricated to customer order for valley, boundary wall/parapet and eaves applications.
In addition to Trimform's aluminium and pre-coated steel range of rainwater management systems, Trimform offers an excellent PVCu option through the highly dependable and easy-to-install Hunter range. Corrosion free PVCu is tough and requires very little maintenance, and the Hunter range provides complete systems for domestic, light industrial, commercial and agricultural applications.
TechScrew fasteners for roofing and walling; carbon steel or stainless steel, hex head or low profile, self drilling or self tapping, colour headed or plain headed, with or without integral washers, for fixing to light gauge and hot rolled steel or to timber. Trimform can advise and supply your complete needs.
Sealants are required to seal the laps of metal sheets and flashings to create a weathertight skin for a building. The sealant needs to be watertight, durable and flexible to accommodate movement. Typical materials are 5x6mm Class A butyl strips, 9x3mm Class A butyl strips, gun applied low modulus silicone or butyl.

Top notch roofing supplies company that produces roofing and wall sheets ,white liner sheets and custom flashings in steel or aluminium. Also has own delivery service. Stuff friendly, coffee and tea is good. Beware of the seagulls though...
