I would recommend TLC repairs without hesitation. Thomas (the owner) dealt with my car with complete professionalism. He arrived on time to pick up my vehicle & delivered to my door exactly as he previously agreed. The repair to my bumper & passenger door is of a very high standard. I am more than delighted with the service from TLC. 👍🏽

Support local independent businesses. I had a scratch/long dent in my door on one side and a little dent on the other side in a really awkward place. I was planning on going to different places to get a range of prices as I knew roughly what I should be paying. I was given a good combined price and booked it in. Only took 3 days and the end result was very nice, you wouldn't know there was any damage previously. They also give a 3 year guarantee for clear coat flaking etc, so if I ever need to go back I'll update on how that experience goes.

A year after I left a 5 star comment. I need to change my opinion completely, very disappointed.
The paint starts to peer off from the edge of the right wing panel. I can visually see the difference in paterns of the paint in differnt area. Some of the edges were painted with a brush, especially obvious at the tow hook cover as it turn yellow unevenly. The result of a "smart repair".
I have to pay for the paint job again at a different shop. Should have done that with my first attempt.

Gouged bumper repaired and painted in a timely fashion and reasonable price. Took a chance after reading previous reviews and glad I did as I am not disappointed. As mentioned in a previous review, they didn't big up the job which saved me money and that is definitely a great selling point. Thanks guys.

Got TLC to repair my father-in-laws car when he scuffed it quite badly on a rendered wall when we went to collect the car it was back in showroom condition and you would not know it was ever damaged.
These guys are great at what they do and have loads of experience.
I have recomended them to a few friends and have had nothing but compliments back.

Spoke to Tom in the morning and hours later the big scratch on my car door was gone. Would highly recommend and will definitely use him again in the future. Great job!

Tom is a genuine guy gave me quote quickly and booked in when it was convenient for me. Friendly and efficient service. Very reasonable prices as well, great job on my car! Even touched up a few wee marks on my car with no extra charge. Would definitely recommend!
