Initially delivering Fabric Maintenance Services, ODM now provide a broad range of FM Services including Building Fabric, Buildings Services, Landscaping and other specialist services (See Services).
Our approach supports the full Life Cycle of a property/facility, from Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, Life Cycle Replacement Works, Refurbishment & Alterations. For our contracted clients, no maintenance task is too small and seldom too big, our works range from small reactive tasks to minor works projects up to 2 Million in value.

ODM place Health & Safety central within our business operations, prior to commencing any contract / works, appropriate Risk Assessments take place, safe systems of work are developed and appropriate management / supervision put in place. At ODM, we believe good health & safety practices are good business.
