The minimum height for a loft conversion is 2.3 metres (7ft 6in), this measurement needs to be taken in the middle of the loft from the floor to the ridge (highest point in the loft).

We completed our loft conversion in August. We are so incredibly pleased with our new room and bathroom - the rest of the house is now redundant! We also have storage that we never had before too in the other part of the loft - this is so useful. We have amazing views over Cannock Chase from our house and these have been enhanced by the view we get from the loft. The whole team from Buckley's were brilliant from start to finish. We made a few changes along the way to accommodate the stairs without disrupting one of the bedrooms too much and these were all carried out quickly and professionally

We had a great experience with Buckley Loft Conversions, I would recommend them wholeheartedly. We now have two fantastic new loft rooms that are a great addition to the house. I got on well with John and he produced a very competitive design and quote. Their builders and tradesfolk were all very competent and friendly. When we found some issues with the design, Buckley took trouble to work out an improved design at no extra cost to us. Inevitably there were some delays due to Covid etc, but Buckley did as well as they could and kept us informed on next steps at all times.

Disappointing service - We have recently had this Company to undertake a Loft Conversion. We paid the deposit in September 17, with a start date of January 18. By Christmas we had heard nothing and we had to make numerous calls to find out what was happening, It seems once they have your money they are to important to speak to you! After numerous calls and a threat to cancel, we finally got the work started in February. The Contractors who actually complete the work are excellent and I can not recommend the enough, it’s such a shame that the Management let them down and mean i cannot leave a
