CT Insulations manufacture automatic fire and smoke curtains which are mainly used for emergency situations in public areas. These curtains are generally concealed in the ceiling space and either drop by gravity or are powered down. The fabric used for the curtains depends upon the rating required and we can supply curtains to comply with one to four hour ratings.
CTI are able to manufacture a wide range of welding blankets to suit various applications. We manufacture from a comprehensive range of fabrics and can be manufactured with eyelets, clips or Velcro to suit your individual needs. CT Insulations manufacture fire resistant safety nets and barriers to protect customers and employees from workplace dangers. This is particularly relevant to the public transport environment and we are working with a number of partners to develop this concept. Our fire curtains and fire protection blankets have been exported to Europe and beyond, including Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
CTI offer a repair service and are able to repair damaged fire curtains, fire blankets, nets etc., on or off site. We can also adjust fire and smoke curtains which sizes have altered in-between manufacture and installation. Where our experienced staff can create a pattern for any product or structure you have. From traditional (paper or plastic) or high tech (digital mapping) methods we can create a pattern from existing patterns, measurements, structures or from a simple concept or idea you may have. This can then be converted into a paper pattern, digital pattern or finished product.
