Monthly Charge - 15.00 inc 2000 Local & National minutes, voicemail to email, auto attendant & hunt groups. We used the business centre from Jan 2018 to April 2019 when my business expanded way beyond the home office and needed physical desk space for multiple users.
Paul The centre manager was proactive and extremely easy to deal with and gave us a excellent run down of the premise and terms.
We were extremely happy tenants (and at one point the only tenant in the early days)
Had it not been for the fact an office became available for similar costs closer to durham (and more so my home address 5mins rather than 20mins) we would more than likely have still been at EDBC and expanded our operations

Has kitchen facilities, conference rooms, larger and smaller offices, situated on the ground and upper floors, including an infinity photo studio room.

Excellent facilities, well presented and perfectly positioned for the East Durham area. The centre is easy to find, brightly decorated and has facilities that are not only reasonably priced - but are well thought and carefully planned. From USB ports in the power sockets, to the bright decoration, it's obvious that someone's put a lot of consideration into bring this building back to life for local businesses to use and grow - well worth checking out!
