Critical: Professionalism
Uses perth radio taxis yesterday and the fare was over 2 pounds more than any other taxi company we have uses in Perth phoned to complain and promised phone call this morning but nothing definitely won't be using them again

Called for a taxi and was told around 30 minutes so I tried other firms as I needed to get one for someone to go to P.R.I.
Turns out they had the best time and when I called back it was 45mins..I totally understood this and said OK...lady on the phone knew I was on phone earlier etc and then said to hang on she will see if she could fit me in and she did..5 min wait to get someone up to the hospital..Sterling service and a massive thanks from me👍

Nice and friendly cabbies. Shame about the woman on the phone. Very abrupt and impolite. Also insisted on the wrong road to which I was wanting to go. Expensive too, 9 pound for a 10 minute drive.

Positive: Punctuality, Quality
Had to take my dog to vets as emergency. Disabled ramp was great as she couldn't get in a normal car. Easy booking, great rapport and driver great.
