With massive regret now I chose Hopkinsons memorials for the joint grave of my parents. Mistake one they did the wording wrong! Unbelievable, minimal apologies. Now grave is tilting. I have contacted council and apparently it is my responsibility to sort. As I was so upset about everything I asked my friend to contact this company to arrange for them to straighten stone. I'm happy to pay. Sadly they are full of false promises.
I lost both parents and sister in short space of time. Avoid this company. They do not care.
