Mego is a well-established, successful and valued supplier of business support services to employers across the South West of England. We specialise in delivering complex, long term staffing solutions, working strategically with our employer clients many of whom we've been supporting for over ten years.
We've been trading since 2004 and have worked with hundreds of employers, large and small, supplying them with permanent recruitment services and/or the services of temporary staff and contractors. We've also helped thousands of people get into work over the last 15 years, working with many to help them overcome personal barriers and hold down fulltime employment.
Flexing staffing levels in line with production schedules or your client's needs is never easy. And attracting and retaining good staff is becoming increasingly challenging. It's what we've been doing very successfully for 15+ years. Our average contract duration with employer clients is now over 10 years which evidences our ability to add value year on year.
