All welding is completed by time served and experienced alloy welders. Cracks are completely removed before being AC TIG welded back up on both sides of the defect, grinding back the root of the weld on the opposite side before filling up. Finally the weld is fully dressed off leaving a wheel that is both aesthetically pleasing and professionally finished.

Standard crack on rear rim of wheel that has not been previously repaired by a third party. Multiple repairs on one wheel will usually attract a discounted rate so please get in touch for a quote. Front face buckles are more difficult o repair and can often require welding and dressing to complete the repair.
