We recently had communications with James Robertson and although didn't progress to buying a machine on this occasion, found TFP and James to be highly knowledgeable, helpful and offer unbiased advice throughout. We certainly hope to do business with TFP in the future and really like their approach.

I purchased an obeli machine It didn't conform to UK health and Safty and now no independent engineers will service it . the quality is awful and the price is ridiculous . I'd avoid TFP unless you want a Chinese heap of junk that lasts a few years max.... I think the CE mark is not even UK but EU which doesn't count in the UK . some one needs to shut this company down

Chris was extremely accommodating, nothing was to much trouble. He demonstrated the machinery to show its capabilities, the questions we had were answered knowledgeably showing his confidence in the machine. He was not pushy or overbearing for us to make a decision on the spot and promised to email all the details if prices for stock and if we went ahead what our contract would entail which he did promptly. Very Impressed.

I have never received such bad after sales service. As soon as this company had my money, I became invisible. There were significant delays in delivering my guillotine and when I complained I received an extremely rude call from a staff member. My installation visit never happened, my 1st service was late, and I had to chase my second service for a couple of months. When it was finally carried out my guillotine was left not working, and when I complained I was told my service contract was up and I would have to renew. I wasn't prepared to pay any more on the basis of the 1st year's service so will
