Founded by brothers Simon and Jack Goodacre, with over twenty years experience in the local property market between us, invaluably gained from working our way up for one of the most respected and successful nationwide estate agencies.
As a first time buyer I had no clue what to expect. With a new baby too it was difficult keeping track of my house purchase. I found Jack, Simon and Josh at Goodacres to be informative, helpful and very dedicated, and I was the buyer! They went above and beyond to keep me in the loop and gave me tips on how to handle my lender and solicitors.

Goodacres were amazing and really helped me. They were agents for the house I was buying but it felt like they worked for me aswell they couldn't do enough to help me to buy the house. Lauren was amazing. I don't want to move as I am hopefully in my forever home now but I would recommend Goodacres to anyone who needs an estate agent.

I can't recommend Goodacre's enough for their relentless hard work in selling our property. In particular Lauren, who sold our house, not once, but twice due to issues with our first buyers. From purchasing the property through to letting and the management thereafter, the team at Goodacres have been on point throughout all their departments I have dealt with.
