Our 5 properties, located in Edinburgh, Aberdeen and St Andrews, are tastefully decorated and furnished and equipped to a high standard. The two Skene Terrace apartments, both with a 4-star rating, are located in a listed Georgian building, right in the heart of Aberdeen city centre and provide accommodation for up to 2 or 4 people.

A ground floor flat and small bungalow each with 2 bedrooms, accommodating up to 4 people. Both properties are only 20 minute's walk to the town centre and in close proximity to supermarkets. Most properties have a VisitScotland Star rating and our Edinburgh apartment has a Silver Green Tourism Business Award.

This is a bright, spacious room with a large window overlooking Henderson Place Lane. Carpeted and comfortably furnished with a 3 seater and 2 seater settee and occasional tables. The kitchen has fitted wall and base units and worktops, has windows on 2 sides providing a bright and airy kitchen. There is a breakfasting table seating 5.
These apartments, contained within a listed Georgian granite building, enjoy a superb location in a quiet, historic street in the very centre of Aberdeen. An ideal base to enjoy a city break from which to explore the many attractions the Granite City has to offer; historical Old Aberdeen, theatre, gardens, beach, shops, restaurants and a vibrant night life.
The apartment has a lounge, dining area and kitchen organised into an open plan living space. The Lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, occasional tables, Digital TV and BluRay DVD player/recorder. The Dining Area is furnished with a dining table seating 4. Good quality china, cutlery, table linen and place mats are provided.
The dining room is in a recent extension to the back of the flat. There is a dining table seating 6 persons and cabinet well stocked with crockery, cutlery, glasses and table linens. There is a back door from the dining room leading into the enclosed garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer and well provided with pans, oven dishes and kitchen utensils.
Renouned as the 'Home of Golf', St Andrews is also a popular tourist destination which offers much more than golf alone. A charming, picturesque former royal burgh, the town is a steeped in history, retaining many important historical sites and preserving the medieval layout of its town centre. An intricate network of streets and lanes around the university, ancient cathedral and castle invite exploration.
