James is a co-Founder and the Managing Director at Aravis, responsible for the day to day operations of the firm including compliance. In addition he manages a number of the firm's key account relationships. Before co-founding Aravis, James spent 9 years in the hedge fund industry with ABN AMRO Alternative Investment Group and then Asset Alliance International.
