Motorhomes generally fall into two categories; those that can be driven on a category B car licence, and those that require a category C1 licence to drive them. You will find many motorhomes can be driven on a car licence because they have a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 3500kg or less. If the motorhome you have set your heart on weighs more than this, then you must have category C1 (GVW 3500kg up to 7500kg).

Having recently acquired an older classic Motorhome, larger than any previous rentals, I was a slightly nervous driver and booked Fliss to do a course with me. I am a confident and capable car driver with many years experience, but driving this is different, especially solo. I'm now much happier driving it, she boosted my confidence and showed me some useful things regarding parking, road positioning, etc as well as walling me round the van and highlighting some things to sort out. We live a distance apart and I was delighted that she came to me! The follow up email was really helpful and I thoroughly

Fliss is a superb instructor and taught me so many things about towing a caravan. She has an excellent manner and is very professional in guiding you through everything from hitching up, loading, nose weight, checking the lights, indicators and then driving on open roads, single track roads (and reversing down them) , reversing onto pitches etc etc. My wife also took part in the training course and helped me (with Fliss's expert guidance) to reverse and use hand signals and verbal instructions to manoeuvre and position the caravan. We used our own car and Fliss's caravan so it made it even more

Highly recommend the B+E trailer training with Fliss. Lovely lady with brilliant communication. Really understood how I learnt and felt about the test. Had all the training equipment to mimick the test environment and provided lots of tips for the test day! (Also liked how prices were set and stated on the website 👍)

Did Felicitys caravan towing course. Excellent tuition, really enjoyable, and learnt so much. If I hadn’t done this course there is so much I wouldn’t have known. Should be mandatory for anyone towing a caravan for the first time. Can’t recommend enough. No point going to anyone else.

What a truly amazing Lady and Fantastic teacher!!. I booked this course for my husband after we had a terrible incident whilst towing our Caravan. It completely knocked his confidence and mine as a passenger. During the course I decided to have a go towing as Felicity thought that it would help with my anxiety. I had never towed on an open road before. I was petrified. She was utterly amazing!!.. we were due to go away for the weekend in our caravan the day after the course and my Husband got a migraine and couldn’t tow!!! It was now down to me. I managed to tow the caravan all the way there
