To a large extent we undertake repeat business for professionals, companies, charities and private clients alike, firmly founded on our performance, value for money and willingness to provide a "problem free" service. References are available upon request. A substantial proportion of our work involves refurbishment of offices, schools and charity organisations.
Works are often carried out in occupied buildings and some major refurbishments have necessitated this work being undertaken out of hours or during shutdown periods, when other solutions cannot be employed. Although we are not a 24hr call out company we can undertake planned and reactive maintenance to the interior and exterior of your premises including Insurance work to the private, domestic and commercial sectors.

Kilbury Construction Ltd. was founded by Managing Director, Colin Westbury, in the year 2000 and has grown to be a well established family run company working in Gloucestershire and the surrounding Counties. Our General Works department handles work ranging from repairs and maintenance, refurbishment and conversion through to new build.
There is no job too small for Kilbury and no set level we operate to. Like all companies there are limits depending on complexity, size and availability so a call is always worthwhile. We are realistic, honest and happy to discuss your requirements, be it a tap washer to a bespoke design and build project.
Construction is a process of creating and building, it involves the translation of designs into reality. At Kilbury we repeatedly work with local practices on traditional tendering situations but can also employ professional practices to facilitate a Design and Build process. We are fully supported by a strong supply chain to enable a quality product is delivered on time and to desired budgets.
In late 2010 Kilbury Construction were approached to offer budgets for a new sports hall and associated facilities to enable funding to be obtained from Sport England and other sources and Investors. With funding secured Kilbury then entered a competitive tender process for a design and build contract which involved value engineering to financial constraints, presentations and interviews with a focus group with the selected committee members.
The problem was caused over a long period. A very large tree had grown 'out of its space'. The tree trunk and its roots created an uneven footpath, damaged the road kerb and the retaining wall at the front of the school. In the first instance Kilbury suggested that 'reinforcing bolsters' could be built into our garden to prevent the wall from falling over any more.
