Phil attended on 3 occasions and I can honestly say that he was an absolute credit to your organisation. His technical knowledge and expertise were exemplary but more importantly, his interpersonal skills were outstanding. I have discussed his Professionalism and superb people skills with neighbours who also had reason to seek your assistance.
In the UK, one of the most common types of ant is the black ant (Lasius niger). These are also known as garden ants. The other main species of garden ant is the red ant (Myrmica rubra). Yellow meadow ants (Lasius flavus) also frequent gardens, but they are quite small and usually stay underground unless you disturb their nest.
There are several ways to identify a bed bug infestation. Bed bugs are around 6mm in size and reddish-brown in colour, and often hide in cracks and crevices. You might also find clusters of white eggs about 1mm long cemented in these hidden places. Bed bugs are easier to spot when they have fed, as they swell in size and turn bright red or purple.
Cockroaches live in colonies. If you only see a single cockroach, there will definitely be more of them in the area. These insects are nocturnal and reproduce quickly, so you could have a huge colony on your hands before you first notice their presence. There are plenty of signs indicating a cockroach infestation on your premises, though.

We sub-contracted extensive bird foul cleaning, bird removal and proofing works to Premier Pest Control at an industrial premises we were operating in the Merseyside area. They not only work completed the work to a very high standard, but did so in a safe, efficient and professional manner. I would have no hesitation in using them again for any more projects we have in the future.
