Pam recognises the importance well being and feels yoga can help balance modern life and bring back a sense of harmony. Having previous experience of back and joint issues she has a supportive understanding and patient approach to her teaching. Her classes invite students to explore movement and breath with integrity and learn more about themselves without judgement.

Pam completed a Windfire training course in Dynamic Yoga in 2002 with Godfrey Devereux, founder of the Windfire Yoga Training Institute. Connectivity between body mind and spirit has lead Pam to approach a holistic and integral view of anatomy.
Services
The Bowen Technique is a safe remedial therapy using fingers and thumbs involving gentle rolling moves over soft tissues of the body at precise points and includes periods of rest to help it take effect. The process releases fascial and muscular tensions that can pull on tendons, ligaments, bones and internal organs in the body.
The Dynamic Yoga Training Method is a process of rhymthmically moving in and out of yoga postures using sensitivity and awareness. This systematic progression of using the body and breath is a safe and effective way to learn yoga posture practice. It enables us to be more conscious of our posture, habits and thoughts, releasing tension and hardness and inviting self enquiry.
Since then I'd done very little exercise due to the pain. My GP sent me to a physiotherapist and I did the prescribed exercises, but they had no effect. Within one week of my first Bowen treatment I realized the clicking and crunching in both shoulder and knee had completely gone and I was pain free.
