The modern wet room simply means that the shower area does not have a shower tray installed, instead it will have showering area with no tray level with the rest of the bathroom floor. In order to achieve this a specialist bathroom fitter needs to cut out a section of flooring i.e.
Since the immediate waste water level will now be under the floor, whereas previously a shower tray or bath would normally be situated above a careful pre survey will need to be carried out by a competent plumber or experienced bathroom designer before determining whether or not a wet floor application is actually possible.

We have employed many trades during our years as homeowners but can honestly say that Dynamic are a level above. Their expertise, knowledge and design skills are a real eye opener. The CAD drawings were a fabulous part of the service which helped a lot. First time we have ever awarded 5 stars. Thanks to all at Dynamic and all the very best in future!

Peter and his staff were recommended by a friend so it was an easy choice. Very tidy and pleasant workers and were always on timeš. Each night when finishing they tidied up. The place was spotless when they completed the jobš. I chose the wrong W/C but Peter changed it without fuss. Couldn't be happier.

Took us a while to find Dynamic Home since previous companies we had visit were uninterested or
did not listen to what we really wanted. Peter attended and soon after we knew that weād made the
right choice. We believe that we made an excellent investment in using Dynamic Home
Improvements to restore our old bathroom and kitchen to itsā former glory with a modern twist. This
was not an easy project due to the age of our property but Dynamic is a vastly experienced and
knowledgeable company with seriously good craftsmen on board.

Absolutely thrilled with the job Peter and his team did replacing our bathroom last month. It looks amazing! Even when snags were hit along the way, things were quickly sorted out, and even after completion, any small things that cropped up were quickly and easily sorted.
The guys who fitted it were extremely professional and always left the house tidy each day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!
Impressed with the range and pricing too, and lack of "hard sell" that other companies were into! We'd definitely use them again for further work.
