We have 15 years' experience in clearances for pubs, offices, restaurants, warehouses and storage facilities. We can remove everything from paperwork to computer parts, carpets to scrap metal, heavy machinery to verminous rubbish. We can dismantle most plant machinery and move and recycle it if necessary.
We offer an item uplift and junk removal service to clients not requiring a full clearance. Whether you just need an old washing machine taken away or you want a room cleared out, we have a service to suit you. We can take a small amount of bricks, paving slabs and other heavy material but weight is limited so please call and find out if we can accommodate your needs.
HV Property Clearance can provide a flexible cleaning service on every clearance-whether it's a flat, house, office or warehouse. We usually have your property sparkling clean the same day as your clearance. If you are selling or want to let your property, HV Property Clearance offer the full package-leaving it empty and pristine-ready to refurbish, sell, let or move into yourself.
If your items are not suitable for auction, we can donate them to a charity of your choice. If you think you have items of value HV Property Clearance Limited provides a FREE valuation services and a ZERO charge for the transportation to any of Glasgow's Auction Houses. Collectables, fine art, antiques and fragile items require special care and attention when being packed for moving.

This is a great company to deal with. Tried various companies after a family bereavement and felt I was being hoodwinked at every turn. Michael appeared and had an easy manner. Everything was " that won't be a problem". The price was great. On the day of ckearance nothing was any trouble for the guys. I left them to get on with it. On returning......job done and house cleaned as well. Great job. Thanks for your help at a difficult time.

I cannot thank Michael and team enough for the outstanding service we received when clearing out our house in preparation for a new baby arriving. They were so friendly and beyond helpful; helping us move things beyond the items being cleared. So quick and efficient and nothing was too much hassle. Your staff cleared my Mother's house this morning. Just wanted to comment on the sensitive, professional work they did. No noise, no fuss, arrived on time and just got everything moved quickly. Explained what they were going to do and then did it.
I wasn't looking forward to seeing everything go, but your staff made an unpleasant situation much easier for me.

The guys have just finished, what a fantastic service.
- Firstly, they came on a Saturday! I was flying up especially to have this done and everyone else said they were unable to help
- Very friendly guys, nothing was too much hassle and they couldn't have been more professional
- Great insights into art and different bits which was a nice touch
- They give a lot of things to charity and don't just destroy
- Were in and out in about 2 hours

I would highly recommend Michael and team I used they're services over a month ago to clear out a tenement flat and was bowled over by the sheer hard work and the professional manner in which they carried it out!
