We booked Mark this week for a trip from York to Whitby while on holiday from the Midlands. My mum Sue went to school in Whitby, and Mark went above and beyond to take her back to the site of her school (now a… hotel) and other special places she remembered on the way. Mark was extremely professional while being very friendly, personable and kind. We are so grateful to Mark for making it a really personal trip with precious memories. Thank you so much ❤️
