Thus far FG have been very helpful and engaged in sorting out the issues. The main thing is that we get quick responses to emails or phone calls which is refreshing! We have some big issues coming up on redecoration for example and of course the freeholder/residents are struggling with the best option.

Fifield Glyn Residential offers a Residential Management Service which is currently responsible for a number of significant residential blocks located in Central London in particular Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Kensington and Chelsea. We also provide residential block management within Greater Manchester, Liverpool, North West Region and North Wales.
Many residential blocks have ancillary commercial uses, particularly at street level, such as shops, banks, restaurants, offices, etc. Fifield Glyn Chartered Surveyors offer a full range of commercial property services that can be used in conjunction with the Residential Management in terms of commercial asset management, Rent Reviews/Lease renewals, Landlord and Tenant matters, sales and lettings, dilapidations, service charge etc.
