Mark joined the business, some 15 years ago, with the sole intention of purchasing the company when Ian and Rita, the previous owners, were ready to retire. Mark had the privilege of being mentored by the couple who had over 40 years joint experience in the blind industry. The knowledge and experience Mark has gained during these years has been invaluable.
