Specialist Building and Asbestos Services have been working with Local Authorites throughout Scotland and the North of England on the removal of asbestos and environmental waste for over 40 years. We're fully Licensed and meet all required measures under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 to remove all asbestos materials without detriment to the health of our employees or others.
Specialist Building and Asbestos Services have worked closely with many construction companies on projects of all sizes and levels of complexity. We carry out specialist pre-demolition surveys and demolition and refurbishment surveys in accordance with Health and Safety Note HSG248. SB&AS also carry out small scale construction projects such as building extensions and refurbishments and construction of modular industrial buildings.
We undertake Domestic Asbestos Removal and encapsulation projects of all sizes, from large homes and offices to something as small as a garden shed.
