Services
Our vehicles are regularly serviced and well maintained. They include full comprehensive insurance (excludes tyre and windscreen damage) and road side assistance. We initially process the rental amount plus a 200.00 security deposit (30.00 is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable) it will be deducted from a card in the drivers name and refunded upon the safe, undamaged return of the vehicle.
NE Tyres can provide MOT's for a wide range of vehicles including cars, long wheel based vehicles, Luton style commercial vehicles and large Motorhomes. We reserve the right to charge a retest fee for cars repaired off site with excessive failures. The MOT is an annual test to ensure a vehicle meets minimum road safety and environmental standards.

My 5500 pound car went for a mot. Its been driving fine no problems, only 26000 on the clock. They claim my starter motor burnt out during the mot. Then said must be water in fuse board. Then said old fuse board was working better than new one. How does that work?They called to say it was fixed days later. I paid, went to car, it was dead. It had to be towed to citreon, where they say loom, resister etc has been burnt out. Citreon want 3300 to repair. I only went in for a mot! And even worse they refuse to give money back. I will go to court!

Booked the day before for only £55 for 24hrs! Simple and quick checks on arrival and a run through of the main features of the van and away you go! The staff were friendly and efficient and dropping off the van the next day was even quicker! I noticed they also do MOTs with a comfy seating / waiting area and even a camera over the car pit so you can watch your car being worked on👍😁

On Monday 11/09/17 I approached NE Tyres, having hired their vans twice previously , to repair/replace my car clutch, the receptionist was extremely welcoming and helpful in supplying a contact to trailer my car into the garage. It was dropped off at about 2pm and diagnosed by 4pm and quotes for repair were given with an estimate of turnaround time. By 10am on the Wednesday I was advised my car was ready - some 6 hours before the estimated time initially given. I'm extremely pleased, this was text book stuff and clearly with Donna and her young assistant the business runs better than clockwork
