Stamp duty is a tax paid by people buying property, although it varies slightly across the UK. The amount handed to the government depends on where you are in the UK, and the price of the property. See further details below. After this date, until the end of September, there will be a staggered return to the previous stamp duty rates.

For a tenant find only service we charge a fixed fee of 1200.00 inclusive of VAT, plus 150.00 per application for referencing and right to rent checks. For our full managed service, we charge a tenant find fee of 1200.00 inclusive of VAT which we collect from the first months rent, we then charge 7% plus VAT of each months rent that we collect.

Ben is a super efficient, friendly and reliable estate agent. He was personally there every step of the way to navigate us though the tricky process. I thought his bespoke service worked so much better than the bigger agencies on the high street and his honesty and straight talking were commendable. Had a great experience - Ben was knowledgeable and friendly and went above and beyond when showing people round our home. We got a price we were really happy with and the sales progression team were very on top of things and kept the sale moving speedily so it completed in less than 3 months. Would definitely recommend for people selling in SE23!

Benjamin really went above and beyond!! We are now in our lovely home but I honestly think the sale/purchase would have fallen through if it was not from the really high quality service that Benjamin provided - liaising with everyone along the chain to keep things on track and keep people informed. There is no chance that one of the estate agent chains would have provided the service he did. Super grateful for all of his help and can't recommend enough.

Ben was fantastic at selling our flat, right from the get go. He was really passionate about selling our place and it was this that really made us chose his business.
