We are an independent family run timber merchant, owned by two brothers with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the building industry. The company started trading in 2005. We made the decision to start our own business after being made redundant due to the closure of the timber merchant where we had been employed for many years. Prior to this, we completed college, gaining City and Guilds qualifications in Carpentry & Joinery and Bricklaying, whilst working for our established family business of general builders.

We are OPEN for Collection orders and kerbside deliveries. To keep everyone as safe as possible, face masks must be worn appropriately at all times on site, and the 2m social distancing rule applies at all times. We offer timber supplies and sheet material for DIY and TRADE customers throughout East Anglia.

I visited the timber yard today to buy some materials to make some shelves at home. I don't have the tools to cut wood to size - and even if I did - my skills aren't up to it. The staff were so helpful in making suggestions about the type of board I would need before preparing the timber for me. I would highly recommended Stoke Ferry Timber.
