We are a Leeds-based chimney sweep and stove installation company, catering for the installation of wood burning stove and maintenance of Chimneys and Fireplaces of domestic customers.
Chimney swept and a smoke check for a liner chimney or twin wall flue system. Chimney sweep and smoke check for unlined chimney with a wood burning stove or multi fuel stove. Sweep and clean the pre-cast flue (You would need to have the gas fire removed first, by a Gas Safe Registered engineer). Service on stove, unlined with 2 access doors to remove the soot We will sweep the chimney, clean the inside of stove and glass.
SM Chimney Sweep offer a full installation service, from start to finish, for your wood burning and multi fuel stoves. All our fitters are HETAS registered. All our engineers work in house, we do not sub-contract any work, so you can have complete confidence in all your requirements undertaken by SM Chimney Sweep as we are fully experienced and specialists in all areas of stove installation.
A limestone surrounded with a beautiful design tiled hearth and back panel and a contemporary wood burning stove. We installed this Esse 500 in Leeds, We opened up the chimney breast and installed a brick effect chamber with a slate hearth. One of our fitting teams installed this Stovax Riva Studio 3 on a Stovax bench with a twin wall flue system in black.

I really can't recommend Steven enough! He was really responsive, friendly and professional through the whole process. He was really helpful, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The finished job looks absolutely incredible and I know I'll always use him going forward. If you're looking for a log burner installation, he's your man!

Steven came highly recommended from a local Facebook group and we’re so happy we found him. From the time he came round to quote, he was really attentive and carefully explained the process of removing our old fireplace and what to expect. When he came to do the work he arrived early every day, he went above and beyond to make sure the service was exactly what we wanted and even suggested improvements to make it even better. He replaced our outdated old fireplace with a new opening, tiled and finished to a really great quality. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result.

We got these guys around to check our chimney, but they discovered lots of different issues due to the previous installation being incorrect leaving us with an unsafe stove.
The guys re-fitted our stove and made sure it was upto regulations, new floor vent, new CO detector, new fitment looks amazing. Couldn't be happier.

After researching for a wood burner installer, I came across of SM Chimney Sweeps in late April this year, and decided to call the firm to give us a quote. I found Stephen very attentive, and professional and spent time answering all of our questions and concerns. He only needed two weeks notice, and the work he has done was really good, clean, efficient and value for money. He was also very punctual and communicative and would go extra miles for his customers. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who's thinking of installing a wood burner stove.
