Kerry Stewart Pilates is based in Glasgow's West End. Pilates has been growing in popularity throughout Scotland. The word regularly features in the press. A wide range of sports personalities have raised awareness of the exercise method and now many are taking on pilates as part of their everday life.

Kerry feels passionately that exercise is important for our mind and bodies helping us feel happier and healthier. She thinks that even if you are not a competitive exerciser, exercise is important. My classes benefit the sports person, to balance out their posture and create good core stability and strength.
I've set up an online classroom. Book in here as normal and I will email you an online invite link to start the class at the same time from home. I am also doing in person one-to-one/two sessions and an in-person class on a Saturday morning at 9.45am. Beginners and those more advanced are welcome to any of the classes below.
You can book a drop in class on my timetable or sign up for a regular pilates routine by subscription so you don't have to book in each time. With subscriptions you will be emailed your choice of classes each week (email kerrystewartpilates@gmail.com with your chosen class times once you've signed up!) Get that routine going and feel great!
