Welcome to Noah, we specialise in producing a high quality range of redwood summerhouses, premium workshops, contemporary sheds, deluxe man caves and other bespoke designs. Our extensive showroom can offer a select insight into our superb range. Our highly trained and professional team are on hand to advise on any design or technical queries.
We deliver to most parts of England and Wales, but unfortunately we don't deliver to Scotland or Ireland. If you're outside this mileage, then please contact us before ordering for an estimated delivery fee. Delivery time varies depending on how busy we are. All our products are bespoke and handmade, which means the delivery time for each order is different.
Please choose from the list below of sizes for a 42 pressure treated timber framed base, prices will show an approximate quotation. The final price will depend on the current site of the building area. As we can never be sure of the quality of ground underneath the timber framed base, we are unable to give a warranty against ground movement.
All of our timber buildings are tanalised. This means the timber has been impregnated with a wood preservative called Tanalith E. This preservative is fixed into the timber and cannot be removed. However, be rest assured that the preservative is not harmful to people or the environment. We tanalise our buildings because it increases their lifespan by making them resistant to fungus, insects and rot.
Noah Garden Rooms provides an installation service for all of our products. We'll bring the materials to your site at a time convenient to you and install the building. There must be clear access to installation site. Due to insurance regulations, we cannot carry the materials or our equipment through your house.

VERY DISAPPOINTED with this company. DO NOT BUY WITHOUT READING. We initially went with this company after seeing all these great reviews, so we decided to pay the premium and go with Noah Garden Rooms believing we would get great service. We were very wrong.
Firstly they changed the delivery date, we were told we would get the summerhouse in November 2021 then they last minute said they can't deliver on the agreed date and will delivery in December. We agreed to this just wanting a high quality job to be done.
When the builders arrived with the summerhouse, they noticed our base was very slightly

I could not praise this company enough. After months of careful consideration and preparation of our 20x10 base, scouring adverts numerous times also looking at the noah website its self, slightly overwhelmed and confused by it. I eventually rang noah garden rooms and spoke to maddie initially, I could not express how helpful she was she answered all my questions and was very informative on further care and the general knowledge of the shed also general safety of the staff when delivering and erecting. She later emailed me with my quote and furthermore gave me a courtesy call to see if I had anymore

We bought a beautiful Don Morris Summer House from Noah Garden Rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly all the way through the ordering process, and it was delivered on time by a courteous driver.
I built the Summer House myself, with the instructions being easy to follow it went up a treat. All panels fitted well, great solid, quality and looks fantastic..
The only small criticism is... The windows and door frames could be finished off a bit better as the exposed shiplap ends were all visible.
I put beading round to disguise this, and gave it all 3 coats of oil based paint.

We ordered a Don Morris 8ft x 8ft summerhouse which arrived on time. The floor was made of planks and arrived in three separate sections. Once built the floor was uneven, bouncy and with lots of movement between planks and sections. We had to put extra supports underneath to make it more sturdy. Once the floor planks had dried out (from being tanalised) gaps opened up between the planks, some as big as 10mm, so we had to ply-line it inside to prevent draughts.
