Direct First Aids aim is to provide fun, friendly, accessible and affordable training to everyone. First aid and manual handling are Vital in business and in everyday life. You never know when you may be called upon to assist in saving a person's life, weather at home or in the office. All it takes is six hours of your time to learn the basic First Aid techniques, which could save a life.

Peter has a comprehensive knowledge of first aid, which he has practiced in all the operational areas that he has been deployed; he has also given his time to the Ambulance Service when he was posted to RAF Coltishall on their First Response Team. Peter is fully qualified in first aid; both the first aid at work and paediatric first aid.

To put it simply, first aid saves lives. Our first aid training courses are designed to teach you those key skills but in a way that is informative and enjoyable.
This course is aimed at care staff and individual who require an understanding of anaphylactic shock and the different treatments available this course is perfect for care staff and individuals who care for someone with server hypersensitivity to a substance which will cause an allergic reaction. A course can be run at your venue or from our training venue from 350 for a course of 15 students.
The Emergency First Aid at Work Course is a 6 hour course that is for those who work in low risk workplaces along with anyone else who wants to learn basic first aid. The course is now Ofqual approved and certification lasts 3 years. If you have only a couple of people then we may be running an open course soon which you can attend.
The First Aid at Work Annual Refresher Course is a 3 hour course for all those who hold a current first aid certificate. The HSE strongly recommends that all first aiders attend a yearly refresher to ensure that their first aid skills are up to date and to let them know of any changes in regulations.
