Romark were absolutely fantastic! Me and my partner purchased our wedding rings from here and received a 5 star service. My engagement ring needed to be changed, their goldsmith crafted the changes, this was one at a really reasonable price and the turn around was super quick.

Hannah (now my wife) and I bought her engagement ring and our wedding bands from Romark. We had visited various other jewellers in Suffolk and London, but none put us at as much at ease as our initial visit to Romark did. We decided on having a Hannah's engagement ring made. Zavier, the shop manager, took the time to talk us through the various options for setting and stones, answering our various questions, explaining the benefits of certain settings and the grades of stone, in a way that made it really easy for us to understand. My wife and I went on a day trip to bury st Edmund's from London, lovely place, stumbled upon this unusual antique jewellery shop.
Excellent quality and service, very friendly staff and a lovely range of jewellery on offer!
