Terrible customer service placed an order paid for high quality 80 gsm Hp paper instead received low quality 75 gsm Evolution cheaper version. I sent email and no reply for few days. I called customer service they dropped call and confirmed it was my mistake by not checking order and under their very own t &cs cannot accept returns.

Terrible customer service - a case of "computer says no!" - order 2 ink cartridges- realised that I ordered the wrong colour for one of the cartridges - called within 5 min - waited for customer service for 15min and was told that within that 20min the order was dispatched and can't be changed or cancelled.

I placed an order and I paid with a legit credit card. They payment went through and I was naturally expecting a delivery.
Instead of delivery, they requested my credit card statement and a bill to verify my address. I sent these completely legit documents. I found it weird but I still send it.
Instead, they wrote a response saying that since I didn't provide sufficient evidence, they are cancelling my order.
What kind of customer service is this? They literally choose to not sell their product to me for no reason.
I will never shop with them again.

Really disappointed in Euroffice, particularly Helen in customer services. I have used this company for over 5 years for all my business stationary needs. I ordered last week just under £100 of products as I wanted to get the free hand sanitizer. I paid over the top for the products I got especially so I could get this item. Part of my order was toilet roll. Only after delivery was I told that toilet roll is out of stock (with no idea when it will be in stock) and because that dropped my order below the £79 level I wouldn't get the sanitizer either. Why would your website let me order an item

Horrific! Ordered a printer, some paper and some pens. It was the printer I needed and ordered it as it was advertised as delivery for next working, well after 5 days it hadn't arrived, but the paper and pens had. I emailed customer service and got no reply, so I rang after a further 2 days. I got told that it was out of stock and I would be given a refund which would show in my bank account after 3-5 working days. Now on day 8 and still no refund, so I am £279.08 down. I have never dealt with a company which has as appalling customer service as this one and would recommend that you do not give

The worst service I have ever had and think ever will. Ordered 9 Picture frames as they looked nice and very well priced. It was next day delivery which i had no choice in but did not mind as the picture frames where so cheap. 2 weeks later still no frames, called the service number the lady told me UPS had kept them at the hub and they will dispatch them again for next day. 4 days later still no frames so i called again spoke to the same lady she said it was a stock issue and i will get 3 today and 6 tomorrow. 3 turned up in a large box with no packing around it the middle frame glass was smashed

Also they have a lot of promotions so if you order over a certain amount of pennies they will give you a free gift, I have already had a free flight, Paris Hilton Perfume and also Kylie Darling perfume and I must have had about £100.00 worth of boots vouchers since I have been using them over the past year.
They also do a point system so every pound you spend you earn points which you can claim free gifts too.
