My parents have asked me to share a recent experience they had at Teesside caravans.
They have stored their caravans their for years and recently on leaving the premises had an issue with their caravan.
If it wasn’t for the team and in particular the work shop manager (Richie) they would have been forced to cancel their trip.
They have asked me to pass on their appreciation and highly recommend Teesside Caravans.

Just brought a secondhand caravan from Teesside caravans, when I got it home to find the leisure battery had been removed from under the bed ,which consequently wouldn’t work the motor mover when I contacted the salesman ,his reply was you should’ve removed the old battery from your part exchange !! No explanation( like)we must of accidentally removed by accident or forgot to put it back in when exchanging the motor mover?
Don’t know if this is company policy ,or poor after sales?

They should carryout their responsibilities of warranty work etc without looking to milk the customer for MONEY and stop making POOR excuses for anything that they are RESPONSIBLE FOR IE PASSING THE BUCK to avoid any cost or inconvenience to themselves. The salesman are always good & polite its the SERVICE STAFF that need sorting out!!!!!!! Will never see the colour of our money again!!!!!

Just had the worst sales experience ever when asking about a new caravan. After not being able to find anyone finally someone shambled over, couldn’t hear him because of the dirty mask over his face. Asked what made their dealer special special for an extra £1500 and got mumbled at, couldn’t be bothered talking about a part exchange because apparently no one wants 2 berths (like the one I wanted to buy...) was made to feel like my custom wasn’t needed even though I and my parents been storage customers since nearly the beginning and we’ve both bought other caravans off them. I’ll be

Adequate storage facility, but post sales customer service is poor. We have found that interactions always feel somewhat of an inconvenience and the tone of conversation abrupt. It’s a shame as we had very good customer service at the point of sales, but then I suppose there is more incentive. Hopefully this will improve.

Not helpful one bit, and rude The caravan we traveled 600 miles and 10 hours driving to see was not even clean, and the pictures in the add made the caravan look good until we got there and see the state of it. We saw one we did like to be told. NO DEAL would not even put a battery on it as part of the deal or a waste container. Not good when we… was going to spend £17,000 on it and was going to spend a couple of grand in the shop on an awning and stuff. The attitude was don’t need your Business as someone else will buy it. … I’m sure they will, but wait

We went to buy a second hand caravan for one of our daughters who needs it to live at weekends whilst she does up her cottage in the country.
Their customer service was second to none after we contacted Chris, their sales manager. He supplied info and pictures of the van we wanted showing the good and not so good parts of the van as it is 18 years old.
We organised a socially distanced visit in their outside yard and discussed what needed doing before we arranged to pick it up. We agreed a discounted price that we were pleased with and left a £500 deposit.
We must say it was a very pleasant
