Rosedene started as a small nursery school in 1960's at Marske-by-the-sea at Zetland House. In 1993, John & Clare McCullagh, acquired the nursery business, having previously attended Rosedene nursery as toddlers themselves. Through a passionate and dedicated team, attention to detail and a strong reputation, Rosedene has grown to 12 nursery settings across the North East and North Yorkshire.
This year, the family business is celebrating it's 27th Anniversary, continuing to lead the field in providing exceptional childcare and immersive learning experiences. Rosedene was the first ever childcare provider to be awarded ad Ofsted Outstanding recognition across Redcar and Cleveland. This set the benchmark for all Rosedene Nurseries and we continue our relentless pursuit to always be better.

With over 27 years of experience, our teams provide exceptional childcare; promising to provide your child with the best start to life. We have a strong reputation working in partnership with parents and schools to ensure to give the best care and education to your child.
The Rosedene Experience has a focus on child-led curious learning, including outdoor Forest School sessions, using our large outdoor spaces. All activities support the development of our children's confidence, social skills, learning capacity, curiosity, enthusiasm, communication, problem-solving skills, emotional well-being, as well as the 7 EYFS learning areas.
Rosedene Egglescliffe is an Ofsted OUTSTANDING nursery setting, Breakfast Club, After-school Club & Holiday Club, providing exceptional childcare experiences since 2012. The beautiful setting is onsite at Egglescliffe School in Stockton and works in partnership with the school, providing stimulating environments for children aged 18 months - 4 years.
Rosedene Easterside is a bright children's day nursery and an integral part of the Easterside Community. Our dedicated team, support and develop children from babies through to 5 years old. We also provide wrap around care, school pick up, Breakfast, Afterschool Club and Holiday Club for children up to 11 years old.
Rosedene Guisborough is an Ofsted OUTSTANDING nursery that first opened in 2003. As our centre of excellence, Guisborough nursery provides the outstanding experiences and provocations for babies and children up to 11 years old. Guisborough nursery has a great outdoor space, which is utilised all year round for outdoor learning and a variety of activities, all built around the children's interests and skills.

My son not been there that long but I have never seen him so happy. To just walk in amd walk back out he so happy there shame next year he be in big school id recommend sending your children here there all fabulous lovely to talk to and always keep you updated with everything they do and have done thank you lady for taking care of my boy xx

Unfortunately I can’t give them a zero star!Writing how many times they weren’t nice and professional with us and my grandson is impossible and too long as I could write a book for that. They showed many times their nastiness with us and they acted as they were superior and better, humiliating us in many ways. I told my daughter many times to change nursery and finally she did. My grandson went to LoobyLoo nursery after that and they were professional and nice. And we were very happy.

I cant thank rosedene northallerton nursery more my son loves going every morning he is so excited! All the staff are amazing and so friendly and fantastic with my son, they also help in so many other ways. I am so glad I pick this nursery I feel my son has grown into a beautiful little boy.

5 star childcare with a highly personal and individual approach. Their flexibility and willingness to help is second to none. Kind and caring staff who know the children well. A very positive and nurturing environment all-round. My daughter has been going here since Jan 2019 and loves going.
