This nail salon truly is *wonderful*. This was my first time getting acrylics and it was a seamless experience. The staff does a great job and the student prices are unbeatable. I’m very happy with how my nails turned out and they are lasting longer than expected. I’ve recommended the place to all my friends!

I used this nail salon randomly one day as it is the cheapest one near me and the closest one too. Its safe to say that ive never been back to any other one. The guys in there are polite and get the job done. They do my nails exactly how i want them to be and they come out perfect. They dont even start growing away until around 3 weeks later which i feel is perfect. It is my go to salon and the student prices are amazing too.

I had a gel manicure done here. Previously, having gone to a different salon, I had decided to look for an alternative close by. Whilst other reviewers commented on the sad atmosphere I do agree there was no chatter, but depending on your personality you might prefer that.
The service was quick, careful, and thorough in comparison to other local salons offering gel nail manicures.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that they also do student discounts, and generous ones at that! Will definitely be returning for more :3

I don't normally leave reviews but I thought it might be helpful to anyone considering here for their nails doing. I only went here because it was in a convenient place for me and I didn't need anything special just some acrylic nails taking off. However, instead of soaking them off the woman who did mine decided to use another acrylic nail to force the nails off and I've been left with damage on the top layer of my nails and I'm struggling to regrow them.

Not the friendliest of places but I’ve always been happy with the quality of the manicure or pedicure as it’s very thorough and done to a high standard so this is why I’ve returned. Spa pedicure is very relaxing and good priced too. Was very quiet on a Saturday which was a surprise. I think if more effort was made with customers then they would be busier perhaps.

Get what you pay for, personally I really disliked my acyrillic nails so much so I removed them when I got home. I also have a couple of cuts bleeding surrounding my nails. There is a small choice of colours which are actually 'nice' and not neon pink or green ect. However 18 pounds for a full set is very cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. There is no music or talking or interaction between nail artist and the client so can be a boring, sad atmosphere. Nails stay on for 2 weeks atleast which is standard.

I have visited the Salon-if you can call it that, about 4 times and although the gel nails have been fine I have found the service quite alarming! There is no conversation or friendliness whatsoever. As a previous person has commented, the technician stops to answer her phone with no apology. They chatter to each other in their own language and I am convinced they were talking about me on one occasion.
The whole place needs a good clean and refurbishment. I would strongly recommend to go down the road to the Hair Salon to get nail treatments and frinedly service where they actually speak to you

It is almost with sadness that this was the last visit that I will make to Wonderful Nails in Withington. I have been a regular customer every fortnight for over two years now. The service was always second to none, the attention to detail and the thorough time that each tech took with your set was unrivalled in my experience in comparison to other local salons. However, over the last 3-4 months or so, the quality of nails has nose-dived and the service has become nothing short of shocking.
