This company will put you out of business if you don't monitor incoming calls from EVERY UK NETWORK yourself to make sure calls aren't being Rejected randomly. These guys have zero regard for customers. Their systems rejected hundreds of calls from coming through. They knew all about it for 3 weeks but said NOTHING to us. When confronted they refused to help AT ALL, and said that we must complain to the UK networks involved. Absolute Disgrace. Avoid at all cost

I have been with the company for over a year. It has been a very pleasant experience and all the features have worked perfectly. Due to other circumstances I have had to cancel the service and quite honestly I expected a bit of hassle - to my surprise I had none.

We are currently in the process of reporting Buzz Connect to the ICO for breach of data protection laws and refusing a subject access request.
The company is very unreliable and financially penalise you for an issue caused by their staff members. Debbie the customer accounts manager likes to imply you are lieing and tells you that you are a bad customer and it’s not their job to contact you if a payment does not go through (twice this has happened) in 2 years of service due to changing banks to get better deals.
We will be leaving honest reviews on our experience about buzz connect and copying

The company is run by a bunch of incompetent morons - Half the time the systems go down. None of them can help its always a call back which never happens. My overall review on this company would be "0" if it was possible. Avoid at all costs if you want a reliable company.
Debbie in accounts is very rude. she spoke to one of our site directors on a recorded line and told him we were a bad customer because on a couple of occasions the direct debit came back and called him a liar because another incompetent advisor.
