Allsop's Business Rate specialists ensure that all avenues to reduce rates liabilities are pursued. Offering services to both property owners and occupiers. Business rates are a commercial property tax, payable by property owners and occupiers. The amount payable will depend on the "rateable value" of the property, which is broadly based on the hypothetical annual market rent value.

Allsops contacted telling me they were doing me a favour with this fantastic offer of me giving me two weeks to accept a 33% rent increase and tried to bully me into signing a 12 month contract. When challenged they expected me to give them 1 months notice to leave..!!!
II asked where it states in the contract that this kind of increase can be… applied and to come back with a reasonable proposal as 33% isn’t reasonable or acceptable… I then received a solicitors letter with two months notice evicting me on the 28th December as I wouldn’t sign this disgusting unreasonable
