Terrible estate agents, had multiple problems with house including no hot water for 3 weeks and no water at all for a week. When our tenancy ended, we had to go to the Deposit Protection Service in order to get our deposit back as Mistoria didn’t supply us with our deposit or any information regarding it for 4 months after the tenancy had ended. Do not use this estate agent.

I took out a lease for a commercial property, 2 Burton Place, Manchester, M15 4PT. (Also known as Unit 5, Moho, Ellesmere Street with the council.)
Nobody told me that it would be IMPOSSIBLE to install broadband/fibre internet. Yes, I'm talking BASIC broadband Internet.
Never in a million years would I have thought something as simple as getting an internet connection would be a problem in a city like Manchester.
I was going around into adjacent units with a BT engineer, including into the newsagents stock room next door trying to find holes and shafts where wiring could be put through!

Don't stay with mistoria. Wouldn't recommend it at all, you can stay with other companies in the area for the same price that are more helpful, more clean, and worth more for your money.
When we moved in, the property was filthy and the bins were overflowing. My mattress was blood stained, there were cracks all over the walls and ceilings, the bathroom floor tiles were falling apart (and eventually caused a leak through our entire ceiling) and there were dirty items under my bed that were left from previous tenants. I had phoned and left several emails to mistoria, and it took me actually walking

If you are a student looking for a place to call home during your time at university, stay well away from Mistoria. You will lose your deposit, you will have zero contact with your landlord, your house will have issue after issue, we didnt have a functional washing machine/dryer for 2 months until we moved out. It really is not worth it all.

One year later and still waiting for our deposit. They are ignoring the DPS claim even though all payments have been made. They are also ignoring any emails about the issue.

Have been waiting over 3 months to get my deposit back from the DPS as Mistoria have not responded to my repayment request. On the phone they cannot give a clear reason as to why the wait has been so long. Not good enough.
Update: The response from Mistoria "wait for all final utility bills to be received" tries to make it seem like the blame is on the tenant for not paying utility bills, when in fact the bills were included as a part of the rent, so were paid by default.

I have been a Mistoria tenant for two years now and they have provided both a professional and fantastic service for the entirety of that time! Any question or problem that I have had has always been resolved immediately and to the highest standard. Rhianna and April in particular have been great and are both really professional and lovely ladies! The price I have paid for my property has also been really good value, particularly with bills included - great value for money. The maintenance are also really helpful and almost always come on the same day that any issue I have is logged on the website
