Acuity Financial Consultancy
Acuity Financial Consultancy Ltd is a high quality Lichfield based firm. We operate throughout Staffordshire, the Midlands and UK wide, providing clear financial advice and vision to both private and corporate clients. Our Financial Advisers provide an alternative to other companies, as we focus on the important points of any financial matter and aim to ensure these are always clearly understood.

Our advisers aim is to increase the overall security and wealth of our clients. Building genuine long-term relationships, most of our work comes from existing clients and client recommendations. This clearly demonstrates our commitment to the long term. We can help with Pensions planning, including Defined Benefit schemes, Investments, Mortgages and Protection.
Services
Acuity Financial cover most areas of financial planning and are happy to provide a total financial review, or concentrate on one specific area. The core of our business is standard financial planning, ranging from mortgage advice for the first time buyer to investment portfolio construction and management.
Returns from deposit account investments are generally low. Whilst they are considered safe havens for short-term savings they are a poor defence against inflation. Also, they may not be the best option over the medium to long term. We can offer advice on a range of options, including a variety of ISA products.
You might have already thought about how you would like to spend your retirement, but have you thought about how you're going to fund it? We are generally living longer, and living in retirement for 20 or 30 years is no longer unusual. The change to the state pension mean that we are going to have to pay for our own retirement.
These new freedoms mean that what was already quite a complicated area has become even more so. As a pensions specialist we can help make the pensions at retirement situation clearer. Annuities should be the first option you consider at retirement. It is important to look at different providers, as a higher income can be obtained just from picking the right company.
Occupational pensions are schemes which are provided by your employer. They are often known as contributory schemes, where you pay part of your gross salary. Non contributory pensions are those where your employer makes all the contributions. If you have old benefits in a company occupational pensions scheme, or you have a scheme that is being closed to future accrual, then we can advise you.

I highly recommend Stuart, Dan and his team at Acuity Financial for their financial services; I used their services for mortgage brokering, financial advice and life insurance. Stuart very patiently answered every question I had during my complicated 1.5 year case (undergoing a separation), with insightful knowledge and in a clear manner. Always very responsive, efficient, understanding and an expert in his field. Stuart thinks of everything, goes above and beyond the call of duty and I found his guidance absolutely essential during this process. I will definitely return to Acuity when I need to
