We have over 4,000 square feet, spread over 2 floors of retail space, stocked to the brim of new, quality secondhand, modern and antique furniture. We also have dedicated areas for white goods, electrical appliances, jewellery and our bric a brac.

We have a wealth of experience with competitive prices paid and offer free no obligation home appraisals. We are always looking for quality used modern furniture and household goods.

I just want to say a huge thank you to the Les & Gary’s team for their hard work clearing my late fathers house. They were so helpful, thoughtful and did a brilliant job for a very reasonable price. We are so pleased to hear that several items have found a new home, particularly the Tardis that our Dad made now being on display in the shop. He made it for us as kids and we always hoped it could live on in a nice new home. Thank you all so much for everything.

From grabbing essentials, such as sofa set bits and kitchen ware, in the lean times (old store), to browsing the amply stocked media shelves for sound rarities (in the NG), L&GS is an enterprise I view as an asset. I sell my redundant furniture, I'm put into rewind, its a historical trip you'll find - no matter how well fixed you believe you are. The current amusing Lockdown shop front is often even a sight to behold in passing. L&G is literally five, particularly for green folk and the budget-conscious.

Used Chris +1 Ten days ago. We've actually moved 12 times in 24 years! They were both very polite, courteous & bang on time. Worked hard ALL day (unfortunately on the only day in April it chucked it down). Zero breakages (don't assume you'll not get any)
Would highly recommend them.
