We take the products selection process very seriously at FUBAR. The products we use and sell must be of the highest quality and represent good value for money or we won't stock them. FUBAR was started in 2007 by Tina Livesey and Donna Chaplin. Their mission was to create a salon that had a great, relaxed atmosphere with a funky vibe, that was fun to visit, and with the highest possible quality of hair styling and colouring.
You won't find twee uniforms or different prices for a "creative director" just a group of talented and creative individuals who will ask first, then make suggestions and then get FUBAR'ing! So, if you're a stylish individal with an eye for detail, come and get FUBAR'd!

Services
We take recruitment at FUBAR to extremes. We'll only employ the very best creative hair stylists, but that's a small part of the selection process. FUBAR will only employ stylists with the right attitude as well. The first thing you'll notice when entering FUBAR is the atmosphere. Favourite Quote :: I think that the most important thing a woman can have- next to talent, of course- is her hairdresser.

I was a first timer today. Walked in and asked if they got someone available immediately and didn't mind the junior. Turned out she is amazing! Annabel!!! a young stylist but very professional and deserves a 5 star for delivering everything I wanted. Definitely will see her again.

Went as new client yesterday after dye patch test last week. Got a really fabulous short asymmetrical cut with the best colour with foils I’ve ever had (had dyed hair 40 years and been to great salons like Vidal Sassoon).
Donna was wonderful: listened to what I wanted and came up with great ideas.
Saw two other (much younger than me) women leave with beautiful cuts and colour by another stylist while I was there too.

I came into Fubar today too have my hair bleached toned and cut. I had given up with the thought of starting the blonde process after other salons telling me that my hair didn't lift too the bleach due to previously constantly box dying it and how long it was. Fubar was recommended by a family member and my god I'm so glad I came. Lisa was AMAZING. So professional, polite, kind and caring. I am absolutely over the moon with the outcome and I couldn't thank you enough. Thank you ALL for making my visit a happy, memorable one. Looking forward too coming again. Thank you so much xx

I came in to take my platinum blonde hair down a notch to a more natural look. I've always booked with Sadie because she is actually magic. I always get treated like a valued customer and I left, once again, with a beautiful colour and a fabulous cut. Sadie chatted through my options with me and made sure I was happy - it can be so hard with colour to know what it might look like but I trust Sadie implicitly. I am beyond happy with my new hair. Long live Fubar.
