We provide a 'no obligation' quotation service to clients, and our surveys are carried out by our professionally trained and experienced surveyors. All surveys follow the criteria set out in the HSE guidance document HSG264 (HSG 264 Asbestos Guide has been developed by the Health and Safety Executive) and comply with The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
To be considered a management plan means you will probably already have the asbestos survey completed, and have a register in place. The question then is - What do you do with all that information. Under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, Regulation 4 'The Duty to Manage', the HSE require you to keep the information up to date as part of an ongoing Management Plan.
We can arrange removal of asbestos containing materials and provide guidance throughout the process, for all types of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM). We can arrange when required for licenced material to be removed and disposed of under the control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, and have the specific industry knowledge to act as liaison between the client and the removal contractor should this be required.
