Before the wheel gets near the polishing machines we need to totally strip it of any paint, lacquer and dirt back to bare aluminium and make sure that it is 100% clean.

We always start with an assessment of the wheel to make sure we are certain of the the damage. Sometimes cracks are accompanied by a buckle and this will be fixed first. Then the area around the crack will be ground down and cleaned up and the repair can be done.
Here at TRS UK we always try to quote as realistically as possible, we want our customers to know what they are paying and have no nasty surprises. Great company to deal with, friendly staff who keep you informed and do a very high quality of work. Sent them my BBS centre plates and hex nuts to be ceramic polished and lacquered after one set was damaged. They got rid of any signs of damage to the hex nut and finished them off to a very high standard. Were delivered back to me next day. 2nd time i have used them and will again

Top guys. Actually care about doing a good job. Fixed an atrocious wheel balance job by fast fit after I was told my wheel was buckled. They confirmed the wheel was fine and got my wheels balanced PROPERLY. Been here twice and they always explain everything and let you come take a look. Out of all the vehicle services I have used in MK, I trust these guys the most with my car. Can't fault at all...

Found out I had a buckled wheel which needed replacing by BMW Mini for £300. Decided I would attempt to fix it before handing over that kind of money. I found TRS who rang me back straight away saying they could definitely repair and could do it the next day for £64. The job only took an hour which has saved me over £200.
