I commissioned Westex Heating to replace my central heating boiler with a like for like open vent Viessman model in October 2020. Along with this I had them replace my indirect cylinder with a direct cylinder (Viessman) to give me mains hot water pressure throughout. Hitherto I had to pressure the hot water with pumps which were unreliable and prone to leakages not to mention the noise created - there is no such thing as a 'quiet' pump.
The new boiler replaced a Vaillant and although happy with the former the Viessman really is a well engineered boiler and justifies the 'Which' consumer association

Used Westex to install a new replacement heating system, brilliant installation from start to finish, Paul was our installation engineer, he was very knowledgeable and very good, spoke many times to various people in the office, who were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble, it felt like I was dealing with a really friendly family company, and I actually miss speaking to them all!
