Founded in 2006, Boyce Precision Engineering is a family run business based in Northern Ireland, UK. We are co-owned by brothers, George and Brian Boyce who have over 30 years' experience in the engineering sector. Our knowledge and expertise in component machining, machine prototyping and manufacture, and tool and mould production enable us to deliver complex engineering projects to a high standard and to tight deadlines.

For over a decade, we have fostered a culture of innovation and investment in the latest technologies to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of our clients. Over the past few years, we have moved towards the development and manufacture of precision machined components, across high value manufacturing sectors, including Aerospace, Automotive, Defence and Pharmaceutical.
Our team has grown substantially over the years. Our team consists our general manager, departmental managers, programmers, setters, operators, quality staff & office staff. We are passionate about providing a positive working environment at BPE, where staff feel valued and are supported to develop their skills.
Delivering a high-quality product requires good workmanship and the right tools to do the job. At Boyce Precision Engineering, we invest heavily in our production machinery, and in inspection and quality monitoring equipment. We have a purpose-built inspection facility on site, containing a wide range of high performance and high specification calibrated inspection equipment, to enable us to complete tasks with precision.
With decades of engineering experience between us, we take pride in our ability to deal with a wide variety of precision engineering challenges from component machining, machine prototyping and manufacture, to tool and mould production. We have experienced rapid growth since 2011, moved to a new custom-built facility, established strong workforce, and have acquired many satisfied and returning customers.
Commitment to quality is practiced in all areas of the business and is recognised as being a responsibility of every member of every team within the business. It is very much part of our organisational culture. We also have a dedicated Quality Manager to oversee quality conformance daily. The Quality Manager ensures that we fulfil all legislative requirements and continually monitors and reviews our processes to introduce improvements.
