Went to start to have a look for prom dresses but the service we had was fantastic, Utopia really knows what their talking about, very helpful and Lauren tried lots on. No hard sell. Fell in love with first one tried on. Had the most Amazing experience in Utopia this morning, looking for our daughters Prom dress!

Beautiful shop. So many different dresses to choose from. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. Love the relaxed atmosphere in the shop and staff offer really good advice with dresses and accessories. Changing rooms are very spacious to which is always a good thing when trying on princess dresses. Highly recommend this shop

1 word AVIOD came here for bridesmaid dress all went fine ordered one lady said will be here in June thought great the wedding is in August came to July rang up lady said dress went there and give it couple of weeks kept ringing kept getting same response and don't worry you have plenty of time to the wedding bare in mind ordered this dress in March came to a week before the wedding so I rang again lady went and had a look to say oh yeah it's just got delivered while you was on the phone the lady was no help what so ever also when I collected the dress normally you get dresses in a dress bag NOT
