Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Very unprofessional estate agents. Wouldn't even send me a video of the flat I was interested in unless I shared personal information with them including home address. Lee Abigail was rude and dismissive and wasn't willing to help a homeless person. Please don't use them. Shame because their flats/houses seemed reasonably priced.
