M J Burt Property Maintenance Ltd are a local family run business based in Poole, covering many aspects of painting and decorating, plumbing and heating, property renovations, repairs, and general maintenance, in both domestic and commercial settings. Established in 1988, we pride ourselves on our repeat business by delivering superb, quality workmanship and great customer service.

They are very busy so a little delay in getting started, but once started he was very quick and efficient with a lot of good advice. He didn't just fit the water softener, he also improved the pipework in and out of the softener. The whole unit is much neater and works well and the pipework is much tidier now.

Very delighted with the work done to my balcony. I moved recently and inherited a rotten balcony covered with fake grass. I now have a repaired balcony covered with lovely decking. They worked in freezing weather with no complaints! Work started and finished on time.

Martin and his team came to redecorate the hallway, stairs and landing at the beginning of March 2019. They were genuinely lovely people who I was completely at ease with in my home. They did an excellent job, were clean and tidy and the work completed was of a very high standard. I even asked Martin if they could source and fix a new bit of skirting board in the hallway at the last minute - which was no problem at all. The quote for the work was competitive and had no hidden extras and they completed the work earlier than I expected. Overall we were really pleased with them and would not hesitate
