We were originally will writers as we were both from a legal background but decided a change was required when we realised that young children and evening and late night appointments don't mix! Because of our background, we are especially experienced in helping and doing all we can to help bereaved relatives when they are arranging for properties in deceased loved one's estates to be cleared in readiness for sale or transfer to beneficiaries.
Take your details down - if you prefer to deal with a woman then please by all means ask for Simone (that's me) - so that a convenient appointment can be made for either or both of us to come and meet you. This is a totally FREE appointment. Take an inventory of the items that want clearing, whether this is a partial or full house clearance or you just want certain items removing.
We like to think of ourselves as the human equivalent of Wombles (even though we don't live in Wimbledon) - if it cannot be sold, reused, donated, or given to charity then it is recycled and disposed of properly, responsibly and legally.
We are fully licensed and insured carriers and take our responsibilities to the environment very seriously indeed hence the reason why we are registered with the Environment Agency (you can check on their website) to remove waste and dispose of it at a registered waste site.This may seem an obvious thing to say but there are many so called "house clearers" out there who aren't and as a result, are breaking the law.

If you are an existing client whom we have done Wills for in the past, then please do not worry. Your original Wills are still stored with us safe and sound until they are needed or you ask for them to be returned to you.
Even though we no longer actively pursue Will writing, if you are an existing client, then we will still continue to look after you, if you so wish, and can continue to do any changes or amendments you may wish to make, even if you want to make a completely new Will.We still have in place our professional indemnity insurance so there is no problem at all.
